As a player-coach, you will guide teams on best practices in MLOps, and data strategy, while remaining actively engaged in requirements gathering and solution development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Data Strategy & Architecture:

Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven data solutions, focusing on integrating structured and unstructured data.

Develop architectures for agentic AI models, graph databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Ensure responsible AI data use, governance, and compliance in all AI-driven initiatives.

MLOps & Engineering Leadership:

Establish and enforce best practices in MLOps for AI/ML workflows within Databricks.

Define automated pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, and model deployment.

Optimize data processing using PySpark and scalable cloud-based infrastructure.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement:

Serve as the data enabler for AI agents, ensuring they have accurate and contextually relevant data.

Work closely with product owners, data scientists, stakeholders, and IT to translate business needs into technical implementations.

Engage with enterprise architecture, governance, and data warehouse teams to align AI initiatives with broader data strategies.

Act as a key liaison between internal teams and third-party vendors, ensuring smooth integrations with external AI tools and data sources.

Data Leadership & Innovation:

Drive the adoption of modern AI data architectures, including knowledge graphs, vector databases, and LLM-enhanced solutions.

Mentor data engineers and AI teams on best practices for API integration, data lineage, and scalable AI data management.

Advocate for a proactive approach to AI-driven risk management, transforming compliance from a reactive process into an automated, preventative system.

Strong background in Databricks, PySpark, and MLOps for AI/ML model development and deployment.

Hands-on experience with APIs, data lakes, and modern data engineering frameworks.

Familiarity with graph databases, vector search, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) models.

Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership:

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven data solutions.

Experience working across enterprise data warehouse teams (Snowflake), analytics platforms, and governance functions.

Proven ability to operate in an Agile environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

AI & Automation Mindset:

Passion for enabling automated AI-driven solutions that enhance business decision-making.

Ability to design self-learning AI systems that adapt to evolving landscapes.

WE VALUE

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with LLMs, agentic AI models, and self-learning systems.

Influence Without Authority:

Exceptional ability to build trust and respect among technical teams, stakeholders, and offshore partners.

You excel at bridging the gap between legacy approaches and innovative solutions through empathy, clear communication, and persuasive reasoning.
