Manage the Installation Operations team responsible for the site readiness, logistics and configuration of our customer implementations.

Lead a team includes Logistic Coordinators, Hardware Installation Specialists, and Software Configuration Operators.

Gain product knowledge of the hardware solution, including specifications of the hardware, installation requirements, and spare part best practices

Collaborate with various stakeholders across our organization on projects to increase our installation efficiency and customer satisfaction

Design SLAs and KPIs around installation operations to measure the success of client installations and team performance

Maintain a backlog of installations ensuring prompt shipment, delivery and installation of product

Prioritizes customers and backlog across the team resources to serve customers in a logical manner that delivers on revenue objectives while balancing team capabilities and capacity.

Ensures the team adheres to defined processes and completes tasks in accordance with project timelines set for each launch.

Documents all activities in Salesforce.com/TalkDesk.

Promotes company culture and vision.

Provides training, mentorship, strategic and tactical guidance to the team through daily/weekly 1:1’s interactions, stand-ups and planning meetings.

Supports the project management team and is prepared to jump-in and execute tasks and escalations, as necessary.

Occasionally provide on site trade show support

Fosters a culture of capability and accountability within the team.

Effectively builds partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders.

Stays up to date on products, business processes and technology and promotes the same within the team.

Performs other duties as required to support organizational success.

Your Profile

College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

3+ years managing a team of remotely working individual contributors in an installation/project driven environment

Salesforce CRM experience a plus.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities change.

Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Possess demonstrated ability to perform detailed analysis and translate client needs.

An ability to coach, influence, develop, motivate and empower employees to achieve their best while maintaining high employee morale

Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

May include some travel

This position has a salary range of:$62,900.00 - $94,400.00Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage.
