Build, test, and maintain the medication formulary in various clinical systems
Build, test, and maintain system ordersets
Identify and resolve issues identified with pharmacy related systems in a timely manner
Develop, test, and implement system upgrades
Maintain Pharmacy Charge Master to ensure accuracy of data and pricing information
Develop training material and train end users on new functionality
Design, build, and test reports to support clinical and operational initiatives
Occasional Weekends or evenings may be required depending on project implementations
On call coverage required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy (BS or PharmD Degree), eligible for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Georgia
Two years hospital pharmacy experience or PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency
Completion of an accredited PGY1 Residency and a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency is preferred
Previous experience working in an academic medical center environment preferred
Epic Analyst experience is preferred
