Serve as lead project manager, driving a shared understanding of project goals, success criteria, and accountability across the PDI team.

Provide ongoing support across collective PDI governance, reporting, and administrative needs.

Support PDI governance-related activities and efforts, including a critical understanding of risk-related activities and protocols, compliance matters, etc.

Partner and foster collaborative relationships with various stakeholders across the lines of defense to help identify and oversee change governance expectations.

Assist in the administrative process of creating, reviewing, approving, and publishing technology and security policies, programs, and procedures, including the administration of procedure management software.

Prepare presentation materials, including writing, editing, verifying, and formatting information, and ensuring that report material is accurate, timely, and well-written.

Serve as the primary and backup system administrator for applicable software applications.

Work closely with governance administrative stakeholders such as Legal, Audit, Regulatory Relations, Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, and Enterprise Risk Management to ensure the business unit is fulfilling its ongoing administrative, legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Assist with executing special projects and other critical assessments, surveys, and regulatory reporting, including but not limited to EEO-1 Data Collection, affirmative action plans, etc.

Create and manage shared processes, tools (i.e., SharePoint), and resources to drive consistency across the PDI Team.

Ensure a shared understanding of project goals and success criteria and communicate project status to the PDI team.

Lead development of detailed project plans and support end-to-end project management activities to drive PDI strategy implementation and execution.

Work collaboratively across the PDI team to support critical priorities and corresponding execution.

Support researching and benchmarking for industry and non-industry best practices to ensure we remain current and competitive.

Support the Chief Purpose, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer, Director of PDI Insights, Reporting, and Administration, and occasionally PDI Leadership team with ad hoc or special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Previous experience in operational governance such as internal/external audit, compliance, risk management or quality control desired, but not required.

Previous experience with professional visualizations, charts, infographics, dashboards (preferred)

Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, fluid environment and function well under pressure.
