Write a min. of 5 articles per week (lists and features) and meet assigned deadlines
Generate and pitch new ideas/topics for articles
Communicate and coordinate with the editorial team for assignments and feedback
Stay up to date on the latest NBA news including stats, trades, games, injuries, etc.
Input work into our in-house CMS following our style and formatting guidelines
Find and format images according to our guidelines
What we're looking for:
In-depth knowledge and deep passion for the NBA
Excellent writing and proof-reading skills
Previous experience writing for a sports publication
Previous experience working with a CMS
