OverviewPosition oversees APRN/PA scope of practice/practice agreements, system rules and regulations, quality, system compliance and billing, and internal APP communicationsQualificationsEducation:- APRN (NP) or PA
- 3+ years of clinical experience (IP and OP)
- Preferred APRN or PA with 5 years clinical practice with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Active practice license as an APRN or PA
- BLS Certification
- System Scope of Practice Guidelines/Practice Agreements
- System Bylaws and Rules/Regulations Updates
- System Quality Performance Control
- System Compliance/Billing
- System APP Website/Newsletter
- Participates in community outreach and marketing activities
- Represent the program in the internal and external professional community
- Ability to function in all APRN/PA Manager roles
- Department reporting for clinical responsibilities
- 20% effort with the direct report being the Executive Director, APRN/PA Practice
