Pending how quickly you ramp up, this could be between 2-4 weeks.Note: This team will be transitioning 24/7, working weekends and holidays. Your shift will potentially be adjusted.DescriptionThe Field Services Technician II is managed by the Field Services Manager and works under the direction of the Field Services Leads.You will:
Provide on-site support in resolving incidents for hardware, software, and printing issues in a Windows domain environment.
Provide customer consulting and service request fulfillment for desktop related projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field OR Two years of information technology experience OR four years Information Technology experience without a degree.
A+ Certification preferred or another Information Services related Certification.
