Job Description
The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. You will work closely with the Events Manager and team to ensure smooth operations from start to finish. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and coordination of events, ensuring all details are taken care of.Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event execution.Help with event setup and breakdown.Manage event schedules and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise.Maintain event supplies and inventory.Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and preparing materials.
