By coupling in-depth analysis of cardholder behavior with Visa’s world-class products, digital offerings and marketing capabilities, we ensure our clients’ programs operate at their peak potential and that cardholders have seamless commerce experiences in both the physical and digital world.This Director will play a key role on the North America Business Optimization team as the point of contact for all commercial work done in partnership with the NA Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) team.  This role will be focused on supporting Visa’s processing partners but will be accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of the full suite of GBO solutions.  In this role, you need to be highly motivated, strategic and analytical and expected to deliver thought leadership, problem diagnostics and high impact solutions to drive payment success. The Director must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with clients and across the Visa organization.Experience utilizing big data is critical to the success of the role as is the ability to deliver effective data visualization and storytelling.  Innovation and a willingness to challenge traditional paradigms are also paramount to the success of the role.Responsibilities:Serve as Visa’s expert on authorization and authentication and provide recommendations that influence future products and initiativesDevelop presentations of complex data and content for clients in an accurate, understandable and engaging mannerLead and deliver advisory engagements to clients through exceptional problem solving, data analysis, strategic recommendations and executive storytellingPresent analytic deliverables to external Visa clients, colleagues in the analytics team, and other internal stakeholders with varying degrees of analytical and technical expertiseBuild analytical tools that provide a holistic view of client performance, enabling robust and comprehensive dialogues with clients on performance, opportunities, and solutionsCollaborate with VCA practice subject matter experts, data scientists, Risk and Disputes teams to develop and refine highly relevant new data solutionsEffectively manage individuals outside of direct reporting lines to ensure on time delivery of content and solutionsDeliver on the NA Global Business Optimization OKRsThis is a hybrid position.
