We are currently seeking a talented Desktop Support Technician II to join a well-known television channel for an on-site position.Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing Systems
  • Mobile support
  • MS Authenticator - Configuring and troubleshooting
  • SSO - Single Sign On - Troubleshooting
  • Windows 10 OS - Navigating and troubleshooting
  • Active Directory experience "managing users and computers"
  • Microsoft Intune - Managing users and devices
  • Office 365 experience - Troubleshooting
Requirements:
  • 5 years of related desktop experience (Desk-side and Remote)
  • Windows / Mac experience
  • Proficiency in GPO- Group Policy Objects
  • Google G-Suites a plus
  • Work shift: flexibility (5am -1:30pm, 8am - 4:30pm, 9am -5pm)
