Great customer service
Good be on-site
Technical experience
Experience with big companies supports huge employee base (Client)
What ticketing system: ServiceNow 2 weeks ago
4 year degree or 2 year AS is v. important
Will be doing less closing tickets and more focusing on PC refresh project
Good attitude
Imaging & customizing machines
Help with moves
Troubleshooting
