Job Requisition ID #24WD77052Position OverviewThe Autodesk Diversity & Belonging team is looking for a passionate, strategic and impact-oriented individual to join our team as the Diversity Program Coordinator. You will support the delivery of our Diversity & Belonging (D&B) team's global programs. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Diversity Programs, you'll be part of the broader Culture, Diversity, & Belonging team, helping ensure that our programs and other offerings run smoothly, align to our goals and commitments, and meet the needs of our business. Every role on our team matters and this role's ability to help us track, manage events, provide critical updates, and ensure our programs are run smoothly while yielding high impact will help Autodesk remain a leader in the space of Diversity & Belonging for years to come!This position can be 100% remote and be based in the U.S. or Canada.Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and activities supporting global programming efforts - which include logistics (i.e. supplier management, procurement processes, communications, scheduling, and meeting production)

Coordinate end to end event logistics to ensure events run smoothly, details are accounted for, and programs align with intended goals and impact

Maintain tracking of status, milestones, and completion dates of project tasks

Develop/Maintain shared sites and our internal collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Asana, Mural, Teams, etc.

Support team in tracking expenses and budgets

Respond to program-related questions related to eligibility, key dates, program components, time commitment, and selection processes

Coordinate and support planning and facilitation of team and appropriate cross functional meetings and document/report on follow-up actions

Minimum Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience managing programs, planning and logistics

Strong detail orientation

Proven time management skills across multiple calendars and concurrent programs and events

Passion for and experience with D&B programs and respect for culture differences

Awareness of D&B foundational terms and concepts

Program execution and tracking experience

Clear, concise, and precise written and verbal communication, especially related to program updates and status reports

Proactive communicator and ability to collaborate and listen well across stakeholders

Budgeting skills a plus
