Description Creative Project Manager - Large Format Printing (Atlanta, GA)Do you thrive in the fast-paced world of large format printing, where creativity meets meticulous execution? Are you passionate about bringing ambitious visual ideas to life, on time and on budget? We're seeking a talented and organized Creative Project Manager (CPM) to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role, with 4 days spent onsite in our collaborative studio and 1 day offering flexible work-from-home options.In this role, you will:
Act as the bridge between clients and our in-house creative and production teams, ensuring clear communication and project understanding.
Manage the entire lifecycle of large format print projects, from initial concept and design to production, installation, and completion.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Oversee the quality and accuracy of all project deliverables, ensuring adherence to client specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with designers, prepress specialists, and production personnel to achieve optimal results.
Manage client expectations and effectively communicate project progress and milestones.
Maintain a strong understanding of large format printing techniques, materials, and best practices.
Requirements
To be successful, you'll need:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the creative or printing industry.
Proven experience managing large format print projects from concept to completion.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
The ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
A keen eye for design and a passion for visual storytelling (a plus!).
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience working in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
