Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the Real Estate & Property industry in Atlanta, Georgia, for a skilled Contracts Administrator. In this role, you will be expected to assist with vendor and contract management, ensuring compliance, and facilitating contracts for goods and services. Responsibilities: Facilitate and manage the development of bid packages and RFP activity in collaboration with team members Oversee vendor accreditation, onboarding, and overall administration Implement contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring accuracy in Scope of Work, Pricing, and Site & Equipment Lists using established templates and processes Maintain and utilize the Contract Repository for vendor contract storage, administration, and overall compliance Monitor vendor performance trends and ensure compliance with policies and contract terms and conditions Establish tracking programs for vendor documentation compliance and maintain organized records Assist in resolving vendor issues to meet stakeholder expectations and implement high quality long term solutions Interact with Procurement to ensure the use of Preferred/Approved Suppliers and contract templates Conduct meetings with internal and external customers in a detail oriented manner, using persuasive ability, knowledge, tact, good judgment, and diplomacy Research the supply base for consolidation and improvement in service levels Generate metrics, analysis, reports, and supplier QBRs to support client and account expectations Prepare and distribute reports and statistical data to aid planning and maintain accurate contract records and files. Requirements Proficiency in Compliance, ensuring all contractual agreements adhere to legal and company standards Experience in Procurement, sourcing goods and services as required Knowledge in preparing and managing RFP Documents, facilitating the bidding process Skilled in Sourcing, identifying potential suppliers and contractors Demonstrated expertise in Database Management, maintaining and updating contract records effectively Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well within a team and independently Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law or related field is preferredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
