Description We are in search of a Logistics Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry based in Atlanta, Georgia. The individual will play a vital role in overseeing the maintenance of client accounts within our recycling services group. The role entails ensuring client satisfaction, managing account relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and established regulations. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary contact for account-related inquiries and issues Identify client needs proactively and explore opportunities for account growth and expansion Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate servicing of accounts Monitor account activities and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and potential bottlenecks Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and enhance service delivery Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to recycling operations and account management Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of service quality and adherence to established processes Address any compliance issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operationsSkills: Management System Microsoft Excel Customer Service Documentation Logistics Reverse Logistics Coordinate Logistics Oracle Data reporting Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in a logistics analyst role or similar within the manufacturing industry. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data reporting and analysis. Proven experience in the management of logistics systems and coordination of logistics operations. Knowledge of reverse logistics and its implementation. Experience in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports. Knowledge of Oracle or similar software for logistics management. Ability to analyze, interpret, and present logistics data effectively. Demonstrable skills in problem-solving and decision-making in logistics management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred. Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements relating to logistics management.
