Cloud Security Instructional Designer

We enable our customers to migrate their most sensitive data and workloads to the cloud, accelerating our business so that we are the most trusted SaaS provider. We create an environment where our employees are proud to work and can make a positive impact.The Cloud Security Instructional Designer will be responsible for maintaining and improving courseware that enables employees, customers, and partners to understand ServiceNow platform security.  In addition to maintaining the training courses, this role includes capturing changes to content, developing a recertification course, maximizing the impact and effectiveness of the program, and improving user experience. The successful candidate will be a creative and resourceful team player with the drive to deliver meaningful and engaging training on time in a fast-paced environment. They will have the flexibility to learn new products and technologies quickly, as well as having experience with adult learning principles and course development methodologies.  What you get to do in this role:  Manage scheduled updates for existing content to ensure that it remains current and relevant using the following programs: Articulate 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud Use technical design, development, and creative skills to create engaging online content, and recommend new approaches to innovate content development Ensure that the development of materials is per required standards and brand guidelines, including accessibility, quality, and sustainability requirements. Participate in quarterly program review to help support the learning path development roadmap Record changes made to training content to support an annual recertification program
