Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to join their team!This is a permanent opportunity offering full health benefits, 401k match, PTO, and much more!Candidates must be local to the greater Atlanta area and be comfortable working in-office 2 days/week - Tuesday & Thursday.As a part of a successful team you will go beyond reports, using your data expertise to uncover hidden trends and craft impactful insights. Build functional dashboards that are integral to decision-making throughout the organization - all while exploring the future with tools like generative AI and machine learning models. By turning data into clear narratives, you'll guide leaders in solving complex problems and achieving business goals. Provide operations with information and recommendations using analytics to identify and diagnose potential areas of improvement while mitigating the impact of existing known problem areas. Provide operational analysis/review and recommendations for business improvement. Develop visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Qlik Sense. Assist in monthly operational reporting both internally and externally that highlights company performance. Use advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses to model financial and qualitative information. Train operators on how to use reports, dashboards, and other technology - distilling complex concepts into language that can be understood by any audience. Effectively create presentations on key findings and analysis and present to key business leaders and stakeholders. Create internal and external documentation of data products (Technical, End-User, Training). Work collaboratively with Sr. Manager of Business Insights in the development of strategies to achieve the sector's financial and operational goals.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Ability to convey complex and nuanced insights, analysis, and data concepts to business leaders. Ability to train business leaders on key technologies and technological concepts. Experience with Business Intelligence and visualization toolkits such as Qlik Sense, Qlikview, PowerBI, Tableau, R, and/or Python. Experience developing solutions using large volumes of data from multiple sources: Cleansing, Transforming, and Modeling data Creating predictive models, using applied statistical analysis such as regression, classification, clustering, etc. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
