Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in the manufacturing industry located in Atlanta, Georgia. This role primarily involves project-based tasks that support continuous improvement efforts in administrative processes, with high impact across the business.Responsibilities Coordinate activities within the business and in alignment with parent company Collaborate with consulting partners to ensure a stable and functional environment for end users Function as the Project Lead for improvement initiatives Assist in identifying, mapping out, and digitizing administrative workflows across the organization Provide support to end-users through training and sharing of best practices Assist with various business process IT/IS projects, acting as a change leader as needed Work on special projects and related duties as assigned Utilize skills in Database, Data warehousing, MS Dynamics AX, MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Power Apps Requirements Proficiency in Database and Data warehousing Experience with MS Dynamics AX and MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Strong understanding of Microsoft Power BI Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps Ability to interpret and analyze manufacturing business data Excellent problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proven experience in a manufacturing industry setting Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results on time Solid understanding of business processes and systems in manufacturing industry.
