The Logistics Associate will serve in a critical role focusing on end-to-end input of all gratis orders for our US, UK, CA, & EUR customers while providing administrative support to our Logistics & Warehouse teams. You will be involved in various supply chain touchpoints requiring a holistic analytic viewpoint to succeed. In this role, strong communication skills are a must in addition to exceptional customer service with internal or external customers, to continue to deliver best-in-class service daily.   This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires weekly in-office work Tuesday-Thursday, and reports to our Senior Manager of Logistics.  You’ll love it because you will…Coordinate order entry submission into ERP, maintain data integrity, and troubleshoot for any potential issuesManage the gratis order process end to end from submission and entry to allocation and shippingServe as the primary point of contact for Sales regarding order status, shipping updates, and inquiries while providing excellent customer serviceSupervise the boutique channel and be held accountable for all activity within including allocation, maintaining SLA with the 3PL and communicating/collaborating with internal stakeholdersOversee DTC account end to end from inventory evaluation, internal transfer process, allocation, shipping and delivery confirmationReview and process wholesale customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all information is correct and completeCollaborate with customers and warehouses to ensure the process for booking and routing shipments is adhered toCoordinate with the warehouse team for any rework or customer specific VAS workTransfer order management from 3PL to 3PL (order allocation, shipping and receiving)Suggest and implement improvements to fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and accuracyIdentify and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including discrepancies, delays, and customer complaintsCollaborate cross functionally with other departments to integrate logistics into company goals and processesMaintain and report out monthly KPIs for each area of responsibilityTrack/trace/issue resolution
