- Manage global AD infrastructure at L2 operational level approximately 81 servers
- Providing support on monthly server patching via SCCM; Conducting monthly patching for production and development servers; tracking status and conducting necessary troubleshooting to ensure 100% compliance
- Assist with SCCM application configuration, deployments, and troubleshooting
- Create extensive technical and business process documentation
- Utilize the client's applications to resolve tickets, vulnerabilities, and enhance client's environment AD/ARS, SCOM, SCCM, CAAD, Splunk, RMAD, etc
- Perform legacy server and domain decommissions, monthly and quarterly audits, renewal of SSL and DC certificates, add/removal of trusts, creation of subnets, etc.
- Troubleshoot and remediate issues within the environment
- Provide end-user support for all issues in scope for L2 AD Operations, and resolve high priority incidents impacting production servers/applications
