What You'll DoAs a Technical Program Manager, you'll be part of our GTS team you'll get to:
  • Manage complex deployments for strategic customers delivering enterprise class solutions
  • Ideate and orchestrate deliverables within a matrix led organization
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Product Management leads for complete solutions
  • Work the Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer and product teams to estimate project delivery and custom solution development costs in support of customer proposal development
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects concurrently and be able to prepare and present program information to all levels of management within the customer and internal organizations
  • Contribute during the pre-sales phase by collaborating with the Senior Solutions Architect to translate the solution design into a solid, realistic high-level deployment plan that accommodates the customer deadlines
  • Deliver on-time, in-scope, and within-budget projects, ensuring program profitability, quality execution and customer satisfaction Single point of accountability for project delivery and customer escalations

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development best practices
  • Ability to understand different customer industries, e.g. construction, infrastructure, industrial, healthcare and retail; relevant experience with the Construction market is a plus
  • Familiarity with different digital and IoT product business models - subscription, outcome-based, pay-per-usage, asset sharing, "razor blade", data monetization
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, security, availability, reliability Understanding of distributed software and IoT architecture (on-premises, edge, fog and cloud)Familiarity with technologies involved in IoT - end devices, sensors, connectivity, edge gateways, backend cloud services
  • Familiarity with different aspects of IoT functionality, such as data ingestion, real-time processing, analytics, edge and end devices, connectivity, security, provisioning, device management, data off-loading, and integration with external systems including IAM, BI, AI/ML, billing and CRM
  • Understanding of network architecture principles and network protocols
