- Good experience of the SAP products
- Basic know how of SAP s new dimension products such as SuccessFactor, Ariba, IBP and SAP s cloud offerings (HEC)
- Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and new releases to SAP product portfolio
- Ability to learn and keeping self up-to-date on key trends on usage of SAP products vis-a`-vis other ERP products across industry/geography
- SAP Knowledge in atleast one of the key area OTC, PTP, SCM, Mfg
- Understanding of enterprise structure, master data, concept of RICEFW and middleware
- Exposure to Mfg industry (Auto/IMS) will be added advantage.
- Experience/exposure to pre-sales function in IT, in general
- Good understanding of RFP lifecycle in IT service procurement and bid management
- Ability to understand customer ask and facilitate quick turn-around for response
- Good skills at generating/collating quality contents as part of response preparation
- Basic understanding around effort estimating
- Ability to front-end the customer discussions

- Actively maintain in-depth technical Oracle product knowledge and Industry trends & technologies:
- Oracle Analytic Products including Fusion Analytics Warehouse, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, and Oracle Data Integrator
- Oracle SaaS ERP, SCM, EPM, and HCM Clouds – analytics, architecture, operations, security, configuration, extensibility, integration
- Oracle PaaS Cloud – database, development tools, integration tools, analytic tools, digital assistant, identity management, CASB, etc.…
- Advanced technologies like AI, IoT, ML, Blockchain, etc.
- Maintain awareness of relevant competitive Enterprise Applications products and technologies
- Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then link them to a set of products/solutions provided by Oracle
- Demonstrate leadership abilities and superior presentation and demonstration skills
- Responds to tenders, RFI’s, RFP’s, proposals concerning product/solution information
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at our prospects
- Prefer 7-10 years’ experience in related field
- Technical experience selling, implementing, and/or using enterprise software, especially Analytic tools and Data Warehouse, ideally in Cloud.
- Technical knowledge a plus, including but not limited to Enterprise Applications (ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM) Technologies, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, REST, SOAP, WAF, SIEM, networking, Relational Database Technology, Object-Oriented (OO) programming skills/understanding, Middleware Technologies, etc.
- Prefer background in ERP, SCM, EPM, or HCM applications, as well as experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI & BICC
- Skilled in presenting and demonstrating
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic and confident
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to discuss key industry issues at multiple levels (C-Level to IT Managers)
