Manage, develop, and provide direction for the Industrial Engineering team in support of business processes and needs. Lead efforts to maintain equipment capability records using standardized company documents. Lead efforts to maintain labor process records using standardized company documents. Collaborate with Operations Engineering to develop and audit process documentation for machine capabilities and enterprise data standards. Assess process performance utilizing traditional Industrial Engineering skills and enterprise solutions to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas of opportunity. Recommend options to improve Value Stream effectiveness. Collaborate with functional teams responsible for system changes and enhancements. Collaborate with Manager, Costing and team to evaluate manufacturing process changes and any resulting data updates to be reflected in SAP, CableBuilder or other enterprise systems. Position based in Carrollton, GA; telecommuting permitted up to once per week. Domestic travel up to 25% of working time.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience utilizing industrial engineering methods and concepts. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: cost and data analysis; enterprise applications; Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for industrial production; Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs); and, Value Stream. Experience may be gained concurrently. Position based in Carrollton, GA; telecommuting permitted up to once per week. Domestic travel up to 25% of working time. We are offering a salary range of $120,200 to $200,400 per year.
