This 1099 independent contractor role provides flexibility, training, and competitive pay. Take control of your work life, avoid office politics, and work in your PJ's from the comfort of your home.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $10-$25 per hour, depending on the client.

Payment Frequency: Bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit, issued on the 1st and 15th of each month.

No Sales/Outbound Calls: All calls are inbound, no sales calls and you are paid by the hour.

Requirements:

Reliable Internet: Stable connection for efficient work.

Home Office Setup: Quiet workspace with necessary equipment (no Chromebooks).

Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Commitment: Willingness to complete a 2-8 week training program.

Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

US Citizenship/Residency: Must be a US citizen or resident.

Exclusions: Not hiring in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin.

Application Process:

Background Check: All applicants must undergo a background check. This is a one-time fee of $30 and is valid for 36 months.

Assessment: Complete the assessment, which includes multiple-choice and voice sections.

Training: Begin the 2-8 week training program (depending on the client). Some trainings are “Earn While You Learn,” while others are unpaid.

Onboarding: Once training is complete and you’ve signed the SOW with your chosen company, you’re ready to start working.

Call Center Fee:

Service Fee: A $50 fee covering service and platform expenses is deducted from each bi-weekly paycheck. No other out-of-pocket expenses aside from the one-time background check fee.
