Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 4 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring an excellent experience for our patients while supporting our doctor and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls with a pleasant demeanor and assist patients with inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
Assist the doctor in educating patients about hearing devices and related services.
Support the sale of hearing devices and warranties over the phone.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Help with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hearing field or a similar medical setting.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
