We are seeking a motivated Part-time Remote Candidate Screener to join our team. As a Candidate Recruiter, you will be responsible for screening and selecting candidates for various positions within our company. This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
· Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
· Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
· Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
Requirements:
· The desire to succeed.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
· Experience in recruiting for various positions and industries is a plus but not required
Compensation:
$600-$1000 Weekly
No Cost Benefits - Day 1
Can grow into full-time
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The selected candidate will work remotely from their own location. Compensation will be based on experience and performance.
