Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
Prepare and serve coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) with precision and care
Assist with serving ice cream and other café menu items as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas
Handle cash register and process transactions accurately
Restock supplies and ensure equipment is properly maintained
Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive work environment
Qualifications
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidate!
Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
