Order Taker Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Utilize order-taking ensure seamless transactions.
Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment.
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
Safely and punctually deliver orders to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Collaborate with the order-taking team for efficient order processing.
Chef Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to fulfill customer orders.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills for all positions.
Attention to detail and accuracy for Order Takers.
Valid driver’s license for Delivery Drivers.
Culinary training or relevant experience for Chefs.
Experience:
Previous experience in respective roles is preferred.
