Job Duties Include:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve product or service issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience preferred
