Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day customer service operations for global brands, managing administrative tasks, and providing remote support to our global brands from the comfort of your own home. This is a flexible key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
-Providing contact center services from home
-Supporting some of the largest companies in the world
-Documenting all issues, resolution and follow up actions
-Learning about products and services to accurately and efficiently resolve customer issues for amazing global brands.
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Quiet place to work set up in your home.
