High-volume and growing personal injury law firm in Buckhead is looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic candidate to join our Intake team. Candidate should be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude.
The Intake Specialist will be responsible for taking calls and emails from potential new clients, investigating preliminary issues, communicating important facts to the attorneys, and opening new files. The ideal candidate has one (1) year experience. Prior intake or law firm experience preferred. Applicant must have an eye for detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skills. The firm offers competitive salary and benefits, including medical, dental and 401(k).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Handles incoming phone calls from prospective clients
Assists prospective client with intake paperwork and process
Enters new client and matter information into our client management system
Coordinating meeting time/place with potential client for initial consultation
Interviewing prospective client regarding their potential claim
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficient computer literacy with general Office applications including: Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to communicate and work efficiently with all levels of the firm
Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience in call centers or sales a plus
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
