Key Responsibilities:
- Review plan options, determine eligibility, and ensure application accuracy
- Collect documents and maintain detailed records in our CRM
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow-through
- Represent Enroll America professionally and compassionately
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with in-office work and fast-paced environments
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
