This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of management experience in the janitorial or service industry overseeing at least 10 or more employees. You will play a vital role in supervising staff, ensuring quality service, and fostering positive client relationships. This position is designed to develop the candidate for greater responsibility in the organization.
Duties:
Supervise and support staff.
Ensure operational processes are efficient, effective, and in line with company standards.
Monitor daily activities to ensure deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold safety and service standards
Train, coach, and develop employees to meet performance goals.
Track and report operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor employees time and submit on bi-weekly basis for payroll.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years in Janitorial management or related service-oriented management experience.
