Rapidly expanding Home Improvement company seeks self-motivated individual to recruit new dealers and manage existing Dealer Sales Network.

Excellent follow-up and contact management skills.
Highest integrity and work ethic.
Window manufacturer Regional Manager experience a plus.
Franchise recruiting and/or management experience a plus.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Recruiting, onboarding, support, and training within the Dealer Network. This includes finding new Dealers to be approved for any available licensed location, participating in onboarding, training events at corporate, as well as occasional travel to Dealer Affiliate locations as needed for support. Additionally, this may include additional day to day functions as assigned for the Dealer Network.
Excellent compensation with uncapped earning potential.
