We are an ambitious and growing flight academy in Lawrenceville Georgia, committed to excellence in pilot training, safety, and service. As we scale toward part 141 program this summer, we’re seeking a motivated individual to help lead operations during this exciting growth phase.

The Opportunity:

This is a 2–3 month unpaid internship designed for an entrepreneurial, aviation-passionate candidate who wants to grow with a high-potential business.

At the end of the internship, successful candidates will be offered a full-time position at $75,000/year as Flight School Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the flight school.

- Manage scheduling, student onboarding, and instructor coordination.

- Ensure compliance with all FAA and local regulations.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and student retention.

- Collaborate with ownership to improve processes, marketing, and growth strategies.

Who You Are:

- Motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

- Aviation experience a plus (e.g., CFI, dispatcher, operations coordinator), but not required if you have strong operations, management and leadership skills.

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Passion for aviation, education, and working in a dynamic environment.

- Available full-time during the internship period.

Compensation:

Internship period (2–3 months): Unpaid, but designed as a hands-on leadership development role with close mentorship and real responsibility. You will be working with and reporting directly to the CEO.

Upon successful completion: Full-time salaried position at $75,000/year, plus performance incentives and potential for long-term growth opportunities.
