Construction Superintendent
This is a leadership position that requires project management duties for a growing residential construction firm.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide project management for multiple painting projects.
You will never be painting, but managing numerous professional painter foreman.
Confer with homeowners, foreman, sales and design professionals for painting projects.
Adhere to and communicate strict schedules.
Inspect and review projects to monitor quality.
Qualifications:
College degree and/or 3 plus years of construction management experience.
Prior history working with subcontractors preferred.
Prior history with residential customers a plus.
Required Abilities:
Strong communication by call, text and email.
Average computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software.
Self motivated to visit and inspect multiple job sites daily.
Some evenings and Saturday hours are necessary during the peaks season of Spring, Summer and Fall.
