Seasonal Positions: FULL TIME & PART TIME hours with flexible schedules.
These are great short term positions for professional individuals that can be an asset to our team. We are hiring for the current and an additional location with various shifts between 9am-8pm.
There is on the Job Training and Tax Education Online Modules Certification.
Position Description:
-Interview Clients and Prepare Tax Returns
-Provide Exceptional Customer Service
-Inbound and Outbound calls to clients for courtesy calls, follow ups, and scheduling appointments
-Greeting Clients and assist with organizing documents for tax consultation
-Making copies, faxing, filing, and scanning documents
-Respond to emails for assistance from clients
-Ensures office is clean, organized, and in compliance
-Perform other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
-Complete Tax Education Online Training Modules
-Ability to communicate in a professional manner
-Computer proficient and past experience with various software programs
-Previous Customer Service and/or Call center experience
-Team Player
-Ability to Multi Task
- MUST BE DEPENDABLE
