A very well established Tax and Accounting office is seeking to add bilingual Accounting/Tax Assistants to our team. The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Be able to write and communicate in both English and Spanish
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, expecially Excel
- Must be comfortable talking to customers, both in person and over the telephone
- Must have good typing and data entry skills
- Must be available to register with relevant taxing agencies
- Quickbooks and tax software training will be provided as necessary
- Must be available to work in the office Monday - Friday
