Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities
- Oversee Crew and guide them when needed at jobs.
- Log crew hours and property times daily.
- Haul trailer and equipment from shop to jobs.
- At jobs: cut, prune, edge, blow, spray weeds and pick up trash debris as needed.
- Properties do not need to everything done on weekly basis and will need to be done at Supervisors discretion. ( you may spray, edge, prune one week and may not need to the next; applies to everything except cutting, weed eating, blowing and picking up debris)
- Check any other details or issues that may need to be addressed at properties.
- Check equipment: Truck, Trailer, mowers , etc, and drop off and service as needed.
- Must be bilingual and self motivated
We do not pay cash, we are a local company who goes by the book. Overtime is time and a half and starting pay will be based upon experience.
