Our client, a leader in telecommunications infrastructure, is seeking a Construction Manager I to join their team. As a Construction Manager I, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Construction Manager ILocation: Athens, OHPay Range: $40-43/hrWhat’s the Job?

Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, including budget, schedule, and quality.

Ensure all contractors adhere to company standards, procedures, and safety regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify areas for improvement.

Manage and coordinate activities with various subcontractors and stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates.

What’s Needed?

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with experience managing over 100 sites.

Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
