Hiring for a reliable, organized candidate looking to enter into the quality and production space with a Pharmaceutical Organization in Athens, Ga!Job Description:

Will facilitate batch record red-line review and update process to include; Print batch records, bind records, sign and issue to appropriate manager/building, maintain spreadsheets to ensure accurate batch records

Handle creation of POs in Ariba and eMP.

Responsible for new employee checklists ensuring everything has been ordered; shoes/uniforms, etc

Assist with other tasks as needed. May include the following:

Document archiving and storage

QA Batch record pick-up & tracking

QA GMP Walkthroughs (ORC back-up as needed)

Skills:Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, SOP, Quality, Technical WritingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

Candidates are preferred to have 2-6 years experience (0 years required) in manufacturing environment

Pharmaceutical, biotech or chemical experience is ideal

Strong knowledge of SOPs and quality checks, quality inspections, or technical writing experience

MS Word/Excel experience

Organized, attention to detail
