Database AdministratorJob Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Database Administrator for a contract to hire position in Alpharetta, GA. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Maintaining the database server software, using utilities or psql to restart services or manually restarting them if necessary
• Monitoring database performance to identify slowdowns or potential issues
• Managing users and permissions, including adding new users and removing inactive accounts
• Managing disaster recovery procedures to ensure that data is safe in case of a physical disaster such as fire or flood
• Client is seeking two senior Postgresql DBA, we can only hire from Atlanta or Burkeley Heights area.
