Description:The Wiring Assembler will interpret electrical schematics to assemble and/or wire electrical power systems (switchgears and panels). Candidate must have the ability to use various hand tools as it relates to sub-pan and systems assemblies. This is a production facility so the assemblers will be doing repetitive work. They will learn to wire a panel based on a schematic and then repeat this procedure until the production volume is met.Wire Tech:

assembly experience

Additional Skills:-Able to perform sub panel layouts, drill and tap holes with minimum supervision Ability to wire sub-pans, doors devices and other power equipment under supervision-Ability to wire using wire way and loom-Display ability to wire bundles without the use of loom or wire way referred to as (free-bundling)-Required to wire simple relay circuits and perform daisy chaining with most common wires in drawings with minimum supervision-Able to perform mechanical assembly on switchgear/switchboard under supervision-Responsible for mounting all pertinent equipment-Perform any other duties as assigned by Lead person /Supervisor/ Manager.-Wire sub-pans, door devices and other pertinent power equipment with minimal supervision according to ISO standards and drawings.-Able to wire and route harness' neatly with or without the use of wire loom, according to ISO standards.-Understand the difference between A/C and D/C voltages and able to accurately and timely perform all wiring duties on sub panels, door devices and enclosures.-experience crimping wire.-Understand the usage of hardware such as screws, bolts, nuts, washers, etc.according to ISO Procedures Manual.-Ability to use hand tools for extended periods of timeSkills:Electrical Assembly, Panels, Blueprints, Schematics, Assemby, Electrical, Mechanical, Control Panel, Crimp, Wire Harness, Wiring, point to point wiring, electrical, blueprint, control panel, assembly, crimping, wiring schematicsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves

Strong mechanical aptitude

ability to read blueprints or electrical schematics

ability to use hand/power tools

ability to read a tape measure

Point to Point wiring experience
