- Interfacing and engaging with engineering and support teams and peers to create solutions using existing technology
- Technical planning and execution of technology deployments for ongoing projects
- Dissemination of knowledge, procedures and documentation for products and projects
- Analyze project data with Microsoft Excel and other internal tools
- Gather and parse data to create reports and metrics
- Documenting processes and knowledge articles for other support teams
- Ability to create step by step instructions aimed at end users
- Able to manage a list of issues and drive to closure
- Ability to communicate and write professionally by all methods (email, phone, text, etc.)
- Ability to support users in a professional manner
- Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
- Jira and Kanban board experience (Agile)
- Basic understanding of various technologies, network, windows, telephony, etc.
- Basic understanding of the Active Directory and Group Management infrastructure
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized, innovative and able to self-motivate
