• The Program Manager for Transformation of On-prem Planning Applications into EPBCS is responsible for managing the transformation of on-prem planning applications into the Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). This role involves coordinating and overseeing the project team responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of EPBCS. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience in program management, and a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformations.

• Lead the program management team and oversee the design and architecture of EPBCS.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop a comprehensive project plan and timeline.
• Manage the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and within budget.
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within scope.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress and status updates regularly.
• Manage risk and mitigate issues that may arise during the project.
• Coordinate with the training team to develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Ensure that all documentation is up to date and that processes are followed in accordance with company policies.
• Work with the technical team to ensure that the EPBCS solution meets the business requirements and provides the expected benefits.
• Lead the change management effort to ensure that the transformation is successfully adopted by the organization.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation programs for Oracle EPM
• Oracle EPM experience: A strong understanding and experience of Oracle EPM applications, such as Hyperion Planning and Essbase
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• A good understanding of enterprise planning and budgeting cloud solutions.
