Description Join our team in Alpharetta, GA, as an Office Clerk, where you will be instrumental in managing and executing our in-house fulfillment operations during the open enrollment period. This full-time, onsite position offers a flexible start time, competitive compensation, and the potential for overtime. As an Office Clerk, you will oversee the distribution of enrollment materials, manage external printing services, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of essential documents. This role requires precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of our organization. Function as a primary contact for purchasing printed materials outside the company, including soliciting quotes and managing budgets.

Approve, code, and manage invoices for external print orders.

Oversee the management of materials stored at offsite fulfillment houses.

Handle the printing and management of Evidence of Coverage brochures and other enrollee materials.

Compile materials for printing and suggest cost-saving strategies.

Coordinate large-scale printing and mailing projects with purchasing managers and external vendors.

Purchase stock forms and manage large electronic media duplication service requests.

Fill orders, manage inventory, and communicate needs to replenish or dispose of stock at the fulfillment house.

Responsible for boxing up orders and shipping materials using UPS, including handling paper boxes.

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Ability to lift and manage paper boxes.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, capable of working with all levels of staff.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Experience in print management, purchasing, or a related field is preferred.
