NOC Engineer - Alpharetta, GA - HybridOur team is looking for a Network Operations Center Engineer who will help us maintain our reputation as a trusted partner. This role is will be an evening shift (2pm-11pm EST).Job Responsibilities:
24/7 monitoring support for the IoT Network to minimize and prevent identified service impacts when possible
Execute the Incident Management Process, monitor strategy, and identify process improvements to ensure network quality
Assess, draft, and deliver Root Cause Analysis in a timely manner to internal and external customers
Continuous contribution to improve and achieve customer and global IoT Business Unit success
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years experience as a NOC Engineer, working specifically with the incident management process
Experience working with Networking protocols: Firewalls, routers/switches
Root cause analysis/documentation
BS Degree is a plus.
5G Experience is a plus.
Will be working the night shift Tue-Sat or Sun-Thurs (2pm -11pm EST). Very little on call requirements.
