Title: Business Analyst Mandatory skills:business requirement, functional application requirement,technical development, software development,Agile methodologies, JIRA,databases, BI Tools, Power BI Description: Unique Requirements for this role:- Should have 5 to 10 years of experience in the technical, software development space as a BA, Developer, or PM.- Should be familiar with Agile methodologies and/or JIRA- Experience with databases, BI Tools (such as Power BI) preferred and is a big plus- Excellent communications skills and comfortable working with global teams and vendors- Role will mostly be remote and very little travel expected; preference given to candidates near the Alpharetta or Frisco officesA Business Analyst interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs. They gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements, conducts market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business. Through analysis translate business requirements into functional application requirements and provides input into high level design solutions. Other roles that fit this definition within a different function may include: Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, and Conversions Analyst.
