This position has two key responsibilities1) the analysis, consolidation, understanding, and presentation of all types of operations statistical data, information, trends and patterns which will be used as department standards. Analysis will be used by management for operations strategic planning/forecast needs. Incumbent is responsible for researching, analyzing and evaluating data from a variety of sources; auditing the performance of internal systems and processes within the department and making recommendations to management based on their findings.2) Responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions by performing requirements analysis & management, act as a facilitator between the Business and Technology in defining complete technical requirements, In depth experience working in an agile development environment and writing user stories.
