Looking for an experience plumbing and handyman who can perform service work and installation work for plumbing. If you can also perform Electrical and HVAC work that is not required for this position but would give you much more opportunity for endless amount of work.
We are a management company operating many apartments locally in Albany.
Must have proven experience
Must have their own truck/van and tools
Must be reliable and have integrity
We have options for W2 full time work or W9 contract work.
